As mentioned a couple of weeks ago, I joined the hoard of people signing up for Chase’s Fairmont credit card this year before Chase closed the application.

The card comes with several different “certificates” that are supposed to expire and renew on March 1 every year.

Apparently they don’t renew automatically for everybody.

Mine didn’t show up on my account until today, when I called up Fairmont.

The very nice woman with a fancy accent put me on hold for a minute, then returned and said she had added them.

I’m guessing the influx of new members caused some sort of delay or malfunction in their system.

Don’t die on me Fairmont.
